Implement a Lazy/Eager on lists & gets methods

Over the time getting all data from each workflow (all the instances and everything) will result in a slow application, this feature could be used to optimize theses methods.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The developper should be able to chose betwen either he wants all the contained datas or just the structure.
