[anaconda] Update ALL lectures to new Anaconda release 2025.06

We need to update all lectures to the latest Anaconda==2025.06 that was released on 18th July.

• ENH: Update Build Software (jb==1.04) and anaconda=2025.05 lecture-python-programming#364
• MAINT: update anaconda=2025.06 and python=3.13 lecture-python-intro#637
• MAINT: upgrade anaconda=2025.06 and python=3.13 lecture-python.myst#503
• MAINT: upgrade anaconda=2025.06 and python=3.13 lecture-python-advanced.myst#215
• MAINT: upgrade anaconda=2025.06 and python=3.13 lecture-jax#223
• ENH: Upgrade software anaconda=2025.06, and python=3.13 continuous_time_mcs#122

General Tasks

1. Ensure all figure -> image transfers within exercise nodes
2. test all with fresh execution runs for anaconda=2025.06

@jstac and @thomassargent30 these software updates are all looking pretty good.

I will do another pass over them before starting to merge them tomorrow in preparation of our switch in focus next week. There is a chance the review/merge process will spill into Monday but 🤞

@thomassargent30 I will NOT merge QuantEcon/lecture-python.myst#503 until after your teaching has concluded. There is a big NO MERGE against this PR for now.
