BobcatParser fails: ModelDownloaderError (URL qnlp.cambridgequantum.com is unreachable/unknown host) #254
Description
The Bobcat parser model hosting seems to be unavailable. When creating a BobcatParser object, the remote connection fails immediately.
ModelDownloaderError: ModelDownloader raised error: Failed to retrieve remote version number from https://qnlp.cambridgequantum.com/models/bobcat/latest/version.txt
I attempted to ping the host directly, and it resolves to an unknown host, suggesting the DNS record might be missing or the domain has changed:
