Integrate the TXT serialization of SPARQL* results into te CLI #21
Description
Once Jena v3.10 has been released, it is possible to do this easily based on apache/jena#507 In fact, it may already work out of the box because ResultSetWritersSPARQLStar registers its factory at the ResultSetWriterRegistry.
