Multi-line comments not working properly

Raku syntax highlighting does not appear to work w/ multiline comments

@chikega hi, just out of curiosity: what editor is this? How did you arrive here?
I'm not sure how much can be done about something as ad-hoc as multi-line comments in this TextMate plist format (also, it's kind of none of my business since my ban from the Raku community) but it still makes me wonder honestly.
