Deprecate and retire my-site

Description

This issue tracks the deprecation of the my-site.

The site has already been redirecting to main and status sites for several months and now the goal is to safely remove remaining dependencies, shut down deployments, and archive the repo.

Scope

• Removal of navigation and references to my-site from other sites and repositories
• Removing Cloudflare staging and production deployments
• Archive Repository

Todos

• Identify and update all navigation links pointing to my-site
• Replace all references and config for my-site in other repos
• Disable staging deployment, test and monitor
• Disable prod deployment, test and monitor
• Delete both Cloudflare Pages deployments
• Archive the repository

Acceptance Criteria

• All navigations and references for my-site are replaced.
• Staging and production deployments are removed.
• Repository archived and marked as deprecated in README
