New user sign up tests not working on 401 response

Blockers:

• New user sees a sign-up page test gives an error of navigation timeout of 30000ms exceeded.

Solutions tried:

• used jest.setTimeout()
• used page.setDefaultNavigationTimeout()
• increased timeout property of page.goto()

Progress:

• using setRequestInterception for request

Progress:
Able to run the test thanks to vividh.

Findings:
Time limit exceeded error was because of test making calls to github for authorization
Will use setRequestInterception to avoid the error.
