DTDL v3 (and v4) releases?

Hey team, @hammar,

we, Next Sense, are using the RECv4 DTDL models for Azure DigitalTwin in our product. We see that in Azure the latest DTDL specification that is supported is v3 , and there is already work being done on v4.

Are there any plans to release REC in DTDLv3 and DTDLv4? I know the most supported version is in the ADT service is still v2, we just want to know if we need to develop a contingency plan on when and if v2 is going to be depreciated, and if the models will be upgraded so we can utilize some of the enhanced features (for example the MQTT definitions)
