Reward points/cashbacks can be be accumulated over time based on

• Time period (Txn done during a specific time period)
• merchant / type of transaction (online /offline, hospitals + pharmacy)
• Txn value
• goal based (Do 3 txns above x amount to get rewards/cashback)
• ladder (similar to goal based but rp/cashback value increases with higher rung)
• product dependent( flipkart card 10x rp while other txn is 1x)
