Bans/Kicks data overhaul in backend, taking notes #6
Description
Things in consideration:
- Refactor bans so that the account & IP bans are linked and can be undone as one
- propely functional timed bans/kicks/mutes (default kicks to 5 min or something)
- User-facing ban reason and moderation-facing additional descriptions
- Allow associating new bans to old bans of alts and such?
- Unban old IPs with notification if someone joins from a marked unban
- unbans probably should be marked as such rather than delete the record entirely
- Implement "chat mutes" and possibly an extension of it that prevents people from showing up in-game in main channel
- "Global guest chat mute" that can easily toggle tbh if we want to allow Guests back in
- Maybe a mode where new users start out chat-muted
- in-game chat delete function? Where once you start typing that command as a moderator, it assigns numbers through chat messages backwards and you can delete by number maybe. Maybe allow filtering it down by name and allow delete+kick
