Scroll to Top button not working on Contact Us page

Description

The Scroll to Top button is not functioning properly on the Contact Us page. Since the page can require users to scroll through content, a working scroll-to-top feature is needed to improve navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Contact Us page.
2. Scroll down the page.
3. Check whether the Scroll to Top button appears.
4. Click the button (if visible).

Expected Behavior

The Scroll to Top button should appear after the user scrolls down and should smoothly scroll the page back to the top when clicked.

Actual Behavior

The button either:

• Does not appear after scrolling, or
• Appears but does not scroll the page to the top.

Environment

• Browser: All major browsers
• Device: Desktop and Mobile

Additional Context

Fixing this issue will improve user experience and navigation on the Contact Us page.
