Publish it in a webbrowser.

Is there any webbrowser where I can publish the website in a webbrowser and change somehow the default json-api address ?
I published it it in apache2, but It does not work correctly. Somehow the javascript isn't loaded correctly, unlike if I load it as a file on my computer.
