Standalone Retrohare-Service with Webui packages optional without Qt Gui for all platforms (Win, Linux, Macos)

Retroshare-Service with Webui needs this features

• Start from Desktop (bat) , Script, commandline or from Autostart the Retroshare-Service with Webui
• When no profile present Start the Webui New profile page for profile generation or from console or import (api is missed)
• Generate the default password for rs profile and for webui
• After done login and show the webui main page
• Feature to can Shutdown/Restart Retroshare-service from commandline,tray menu or from webui

I dont know howto do this like how on I2P/Zeronet .
But first Webui needs a profile generation feature.

This seems to be a good fit to use containers. Even if there's still a qt dependency it shouldnt matter too much and can be refactored out in a later stage.
