Dashboard: Clip Hand requires ElevenLabs API key but no input field exists

Bug Description

In the Dashboard under Hands section, the Clip Hand requires an ElevenLabs API key to function, but there is no input field anywhere in the dashboard to enter the ELEVENLABS_API_KEY.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Dashboard → Hands
2. Find Clip Hand
3. See that it requires ElevenLabs API
4. No input field available to enter the key — not in Hands settings, not in Settings/API Keys

Expected Behavior

Either:

• An API key input field should be available in the Clip Hand configuration, or
• ElevenLabs should appear in the Settings → API Keys section as a configurable provider

Actual Behavior

No way to enter ElevenLabs API key from the dashboard. Users must manually add ELEVENLABS_API_KEY to ~/.openfang/.env via SSH.

Environment

• OpenFang v0.3.2
• Ubuntu 24.04

Fixed in v0.3.4. Added a [[settings]] text field for elevenlabs_api_key to the Clip HAND.toml. Previously the ElevenLabs option was listed in the TTS provider dropdown with provider_env but there was no way to actually enter the API key through the dashboard. Now shows up as a text input in the Clip Hand settings panel.
