【Bug】The default agents in openfang can only support the groq:llama-3.3-70b-versatile, not changable when a new LLM is used #238

Steps to Reproduce
I set my LLM to deepseek and the configurations are correctly being set for my own created agents.
But when I use the default agents in the dashboard, the LLM settings for default agents cannot be migrated automatically.
Expected Behavior
The default agents should use the new-set LLM automatically.
Environment
- windows 11 H2
