Making the tutorials more interactive.

Currently the tutorial (specifically: tutorial 1) only expect the users to use Ctrl-Enter to execute cell content. It would be nice to include exercises for launch files. Some exercises that could be included are:

• Let users set output="screen" attribute for nodes.
• Let users add param element to nodes.
• Show how the arg element can be used.

I am sure there are other ways to make the tutorial more interactive, lets get the ideas flowing!

the --screen argument is explained for launch files, do we want to show it on a node basis as well ?
