Support different convention on the field's lines #578
Description
GrSim and ssl-vision does not have the same convention for describing the field's lines when line width is taken under account. The official rules said that a line is part of zone it belongs to. However, there is no convention on how the line information are send to the AI. GrSim's lines describe the outer limit of the line, while ssl-vision's lines describe the center of line.
The official commitee has not decided on a convention for this. If they reach a decision, we must update the ai, otherwise we will touch the line when we shouldn't.
