Chcnage name of RobotecWarehousePayloadAssets

RobotecWarehousePayloadAssets gem should be renamed to RobotecWarehouseInventoryAssets. Rationale:

• "Payload" is not the correct word to describe goods lying on the racks in the warehouse. It is used in transportation.
• In the robotec-warehouse-assets-private there is a twin-gem: "RobotecWarehouseInventoryPrivate"

Before this change, all the PRs to the RobotecWarehousePayloadAssets should be merged:
