Hi and thanks for the workflow.
Are you planning on providing a singularity image with the workflow and tools already installed? It would facilitate reproduction of the pipeline (also due to versioning).
I will test the procedure in any case.
Also, I noticed you mention Blastocystis. Is the workflow valid for all eukaryotes (e.g. fungi and protozoa)?
You also mention a script binning.py that is not found anywhere. Would you be so kind to provide it?
