Add transformation: (P)PMI

See for example @adamlauretig's code at https://github.com/adamlauretig/CRAN_total_correlation/blob/master/cran_mapping_vsp.R. Would be nice to make it easy to turn a graph/DTM into a PPMI through a simple call to `transform()`.
