problems with photos in incidents reports #158
Description
the date is appended to incident reports "broken leg in blah 12/12/23", but it you use the regular method of adding photos {{pic|photo1.jpg}} which appends the page name of the photo file name, it changes "/" to "-" and doesn't match the image anymore.
