Description:

The dark/light theme toggle button is visible in the UI but currently doesn’t switch the theme properly.
Clicking it either has no effect or changes the theme only partially (some elements don’t update).

Steps to Reproduce:

Click on the theme toggle button in the navbar or footer.

Observe that some parts of the UI do not switch themes correctly.

Expected Behavior:

The entire site should switch between dark and light modes smoothly.

Expected Outcome:

Dark/Light toggle works seamlessly across all pages.
