[FEATURE REQUEST] [!!RECURSIVE!!] - Daemon server(s) for automatically claiming, working on, fixing and submitting pull requests and symphonies.

User story - leave your computer on, and it should automatically claim things to work on. And anything that you have submitted for a pull request should automatically be watched for Code Rabbit and Greptile reviews and fixed and resubmitted. 

Q: Can you run either of these tools locally instead of having to first push up to GitHub?
