• sanctuary permits - work with Taiki to add a check for sanctuaries, MPAs, and any other regions of interest. This could be a function in PAMMisc or something similar related to QAQC, check how this is done in driftwatch

Sanctuary permits - Taiki has a NMS_Checker.R script that was used for ADRIFT data. This script uses functions from his larger DriftwatchFunctions.R script

The outline is there but it uses deployment GPS points from the driftwatch database and .rds files of sanctuary boundaries. I think we would to modify the NMS_Checker to allow for different data formats for the deployment locations and boundaries
