Edits for final version w/ external sharing

I reorganized the repo (so be sure to pull first, before any further editing), now we need to populate as much information here so that we can remove all other information stored on google drive, etc.

• All documents that are non-QMD should go in the 'supplemental' folder
• All relevant script should go in the 'scripts' folder
• For information that is in the lab manual-- link to that page (permits, etc).
• Go through Google Sheets to infill information about different components (ensure there is a separate BUILD qmd for building instructions). Be sure to go through these folder: ADRIFT Buoy Assembly, ADRIFT Field Ops, ADRIFT Buoy Deploy/Retrieve
• When you have used all info in a google doc, move that google doc to the 'To Delete' folder
• Check all links
• Re: DeploymentDetails - I dont' think we should link to this document anymore (we want to make sure it is secure). I'll figure out an alternative and deal with this (Shannon)
• All photos should have simple but sensical names that describe what it is. We will eventually need to make this 508 compliant, and that helps.
