microMgraEquivMinutes.csv - Aggregation by RSM zone

microMgraEquivMinutes.csv has the following columns:
i, j, walkTime, dist, mmTime, mmCost, mtTime, mtCost, mmGenTime, mtGenTime, minTime

How to aggregate the above columns based on new RSM zones ?

Is there a way to find a 'representative' MGRA and use that for the aggregated zone system? Or average all MGRAs in the aggregate zone?
