output household and person data files are only a subset (sample) of the original household and person data. Consider writing out the full data.

There’s a part of the data exporter where the IE trips are joined to the households to get transponder ownership info. Because the output household file is only a subset of the total households, this is resulting in the number of IE trips in the report folder being only 25% of the IE trips in the output folder. This is resulting in the total VMT in the summary file being underreported by about 3%.
