Currently, if a user navigates to a non-existent route, they see a default browser/blank error page.

Expected Behavior

• Users see a themed 404 page instead of a blank/default error.
• Easy navigation back to home.
• Improves overall UX consistency.
• Match the color palette, typography, and assets of the website.
