  • MICCAI submission 2019

    We submitted the first version of GCN annotation using task fMRI time series to MICCAI 2019. Fingers crossed! We will continue expanding the projects by testing more ideas, including: 1. different atlas for graph construction 2. connectivity information 3. prediction of state transition on resting-state 4. salience map of tasks: motor, wm, language, social and etc 5. validation on our own HCP-TRT dataset 6. transfer learning on the IBC dataset with more task conditions
