Add sample directory with STIX sample files to display in stix-viz

It could be helpful to provide a `samples/` directory that contains one-to-many STIX sample documents that highlight/demonstrate the visualization capabilities of stix-viz.

For example, there could be an `incident-timeline.xml` document which displayed temporal Incident data nicely in the timeline view of stix-viz.
