subordinate names convention in Cantina

we changed a bunch of anems for subordinates in Lackey in a release in Feb or March sometime (TM i think). we knocked out the 50-2-2 bit of the name. No subordinates have that stat bit as part of their name in Lackey now. The problem is that now these will fail to import into Cantina decks. So we need to change the name. @MatthewLarson - are you happy for that to happen?
