Problem in match_irsa() in sqg.py #11

Description

@marixko

The TAP query and astroquery (Vizier) is not returning the same WISE tables. The reason for that is yet to be understood.
From some analyses we made, it is preferable to use astroquery and we should update this on sqg.py
However, the match_to_catalog_3d used for crossmatching S-PLUS and WISE tables is also not 100% suitable. It can return the same object from WISE and correlate it with multiple instances from S-PLUS (which is a different procedure that we have done in DR3, for which we used CDS with stilts). Perhaps we should update match_irsa() by using stilts, but we need to figure out how to save the output in a temporary folder
