Manage your employees, roles, and permissions in CrewCircle.
- Full access to all features
- Can manage billing and subscriptions
- Can delete the business account
- Cannot be removed
- Can create and publish rosters
- Can approve timesheets
- Can invite employees (with owner approval)
- Cannot manage billing
- Can view their roster
- Can clock in/out
- Can update their availability
- Cannot view other employees' data
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Employee
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- Click Send Invitation
The employee will receive an email with a link to join your business.
Employees can:
- Click the link in their email
- Create their account (or log in)
- They'll automatically be added to your business
Employees can set their availability:
- Go to My Profile > Availability
- Set regular weekly availability
- Add one-off exceptions
- Submit for manager review
Managers can view and approve availability in Team > Availability.

- Email address
- Phone number
- Employment classification (award)
- Tax file number (stored securely)
- Profile photo
- Emergency contact
- Qualifications
- Notes
When you remove an employee:
- Their timesheet history is preserved
- Their profile is marked as inactive
- They lose access to the business
To remove an employee:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Find the employee
- Click Remove
- Confirm the action
Previously removed employees can be re-invited using the same process as new invitations.
Employees can upload profile photos:
- Go to My Profile
- Click on the current photo
- Upload a new image
- Crop to fit
- Save
Profile photos appear in:
- Roster view
- Time clock
- Timesheet reports
- Notifications
