The logic for Real Estate Agent in the pack is hardmode, post_plantera, the flag for at least one of the three mechanical bosses, post_skeletron, post_queen_bee, post_goblin_army, and post_evil_boss.

However, the Real Estate Agent check also requires Post-Pirate Invasion and Post-Frost Legion for the Pirate and Santa Claus respectively.

Real Estate Agent doesn't require Post-Frost Legion for Santa Claus as that NPC isn't required for the achievement, according to both the world's logic and the wiki.
However, it's correct that Post-Pirate Invasion is missing here.
