Ok, I was able to fix the issue. Thank you AVS community for leaving internet history that helped me solve the same issue they were experiencing. First of all I have the Nes Slot Master Flex from Laser Bear Industries, so additional steps may be required if you don't match my setup.
Side Comment: At this point I put it back together and regular games will work, but short pin games are hit and miss. Mostly miss.
Now I can play Dragon Warrior and The Guardian Legend on my Nintendo again. I will take it a part and provide pictures of what I did soon, but for now I wanted to get this out there for anyone it may help. I also don't think the ejection is as powerful, since the cartridge slot is longer, so I may experiment with printing a thinner ejector or extend the slot it moves in to allow it to push out further. Additionally, I heard someone fixed the issue for AVS by pushing the bottom pins out a bit, so I am going to experiment with that and see if it works, so we don't have to buy new connectors from RetroUSB. No idea how long this connector source will be around. Future Goals:

I wanted to add a third person to the list that dragon warrior does not work with the slot master. Mine had the green stripe/short pins
I also confirm that the hyperkin hyper blaster hd adapter doesnt work, because it has short pins as well.
I found an old forum with this slot issue for the avs and they were able to fix it by heating up the back of the pins and pushing them forward by a couple mm. I will let you know how it goes.
