Can you please rename this repository to shopify-app-template-laravel? Laravel !== PHP

Motivation

I was looking for some vanilla PHP code to understand what does it mean to build a Shopify app and I found irrelevant framework bloat.

I understand it's benefitial to other people, so I'm not saying having a Laravel example is bad as such. Just don't call it PHP. It's Laravel. You need to know/want Laravel in order to understand/use this. Not just PHP.
