KeyError: ‘MutationType’ #302
Description
I am relatively new to bioinformatics, and I have a question about using SigProfilerExtractor. I am trying to run types 288 and 1536 on some samples, and I always get a KeyError: ‘MutationType’ but I do see a column with that name in the output file, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
