Sitecore Powershell loses session when left idle

Hi SPE Community,

We are using SPE with interactive dialogs to do some automation (e.g. generating reports, updating items, etc.). However, these process sometimes takes times. What we have observed is that we need to stay on the current browser tab while the script is running. If we go to other tab or window and left the tab idle for a couple of minutes, the script does not continue to run, no prompts that it finished executing, just the 'running script' dialog is shown. We can confirm that the script is done by checking the Job Viewer. However, for example generating reports, since the script does not continue, the report is not shown. To add, even if the session timeout is not yet reached, we are still encountering such behavior. Is there a way to overcome this? Thank you.
