ufMatch not created

I am trying to create users based a tag. When I add the tag, the user is created and an e-mail will be sent. However, the entry to ufmatch is not made.

To be sure that user can be created whatsoever, I tried to use the standard user creation from the actions and this works.

Drupal: 10.4.8
PHP: 8.3.19
Civi: 6.3.1
CMSuser: 1.3

At the same time, this warning occurs:

With Civi 6.4.0 the error has changed:

Error: Maximum call stack size of 8339456 bytes (zend.max_allowed_stack_size - zend.reserved_stack_size) reached. Infinite recursion? in Civi\API\Event\Event->getApiRequest() (regel 25 van /home/myuser/domains/mydomain/public_html/vendor/civicrm/civicrm-core/Civi/API/Event/RequestTrait.php).
