Allowed Memory size error on Scheduled job execution

The scheduled job "Call Job.Cmsuser API" is timing out:

I have disabled the scheduled job, and the extensions still seems to add a linked Drupal user, so maybe the scheduled job has another purpose?

The scheduled job uses contacts in the group or tag to create users. How many contacts are present in the group/tag?
