D11 Exception Error: "Call to undefined function user_role_names()"

I'm not sure if this is because I'm trying to set up a D11 site, or if it's something else, but I've just installed this, and I'm getting:

...Uncaught PHP Exception Error: "Call to undefined function user_role_names()" at /var/www/html/sites/default/files/civicrm/ext/com.skvare.cmsuser/CRM/Cmsuser/Form/Setting.php line 26

is this something that I'm doing that's stupid, or is it D11 related?

The install is relatively fresh.

Drupal 11.2.2
Civi 6.4

Both DB's updated, caches have been flushed...

I can confirm this also, a google search reveals that function user_role_names() was deprecated during drupal 10 and removed for drupal 11, therefore this extension as of today does not support Drupal 11. If someone has a patch we can try let us know!

PS. I am having to use the DEV version of "Civi Member Roles Sync" because of same deprecation: https://www.drupal.org/project/civicrm_member_roles/issues/3515178
