[Suggestion] Add Firmament

The mod has some useful functionalities for Skyblock and aims to have most of NEU features.
It also has a CIT replacement for resource packs which may be used by resource packs on newer MC versions.
The Hypixel+ creator mentioned it being a possibility for the upcoming 1.21 version of the resource pack.

Good news Firmament will be included in the next version of the modpack. I’ll close the issue once it’s been added.
