Command "ALTER ACCOUNT SET ENABLE_SNOWSERVICES_ASYNC_JOBS = TRUE;" can only be run by Snowflake team #170

Hi! In the ML Jobs sample guide, I tried to run the above command (also ALTER SESSION) as ACCOUNTADMIN, as described in the guide, but was unable to. It seems like this command needs to be run by Snowflake on a customer account.
