Advanced Help command

A command that utilizes NLP to direct users to the corresponding information. Example uses include: Introducing Self (Bot), Bringing up relevant commands, and Displaying recent announcements.

GOALS:

• Want a bot that can converse "intelligently" with user
• Responses will both
  - be helpful documentation of bot commands/functionality
  - act as a conversation partner with user

TIMELINE:

• Get simple input and output working (bot introduction scripts)
• Expand intents.json dataset (focus on recognizing inputs)
• Review discord.py to implement better responses (embedding discord server announcements, channels, etc.)
