Switch to .NET 10

Dear developer, is there any plans to switch to .NET 10 ?

Im not the original maintainer of this repository.
Im currently working on a fork that upgrades the project to .NET 10 version and will open a pull request once its ready.

@ValiOff8 thank you! I was trying to do a quick update on .NET 10. For me, the compiled version worked at first glance, but when trying to run in debugging mode through visual Studio 2026, when trying to play the url of an online radiostation, the application crashes with errors of the "Invalid cast from'System' type.String' to 'TS3AudioBot.CommandSystem.CommandResults.IAudioResourceResult'."

@SomeSpy I ran into several major issues while upgrading it... so it took longer than expected.
im actively working on it and plan to release the updated fork in the next few days.
Once it’s ready, i'll open a pull request.
