Could you pls upgrade to 0.0.12-preview.23

I have upgraded to new commit on 23 Oct 2018 of BBSNetworkSystem, but did not kown which version of ECS for your new SDK. When I used 0.0.12-preview.23, there are some errors, and when I fix them, I got "entity not found" when I join a client to master.

Could you help me out?
