How to dump the steem data mongo

I want to dump the data to local for the developing, I try to two things but both fails
1. I try to dump the mongodb, but I don't have enough permision, it will tell me authentication failed.
2. I redeploy this code "sh deploy.sh" but I get "denied: requested access to the resource is denied"
