Replies aren't encrypted

People could be under the false pretense that their reply is encrypted. It would be great to have the encryption option in replies!!

I've seen this issue in my own usage too.

As the issue is 7 months old, and last commit was 2 months ago, I'm guessing development is spotty.

I agree. Users should have the option of encrypting replies to encrypted messages. Someone please fix this.
