The whole list will move up and down across the screen when dragging elements around.

Hey i'm having some trouble implementing this properly, I made a sample demonstrating some code that's having the issue that i'm having. A bit is cut off on the far right, but that's just the dragHandleProps which seems to be working fine.
Basically the list items will stay in the correct position relative to eachother, but the whole list will move up and down.
