Work out what to do with usernames #190

The current implementation still tries to display usernames in various places in the UI. Since we are not using it anymore for authentication.
One idea however would be to make them optionally, so that users can still claim a username after they have registered. They should then also have the option to post it as part of the card, when posting a new card
